What we collect

We collect only what we need to provide our services and make your experience better. That might include your name, email address, phone number or postal address.

When you send a brief from the contact page, we receive the name and organisation, the email address or phone number, and the message you type.

When you ask to be notified about LiteCMS, we receive your email address.

Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site running and secure.

What we don't do

We do not share your information with others unless you agree to it or the law requires us to. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it to build profiles.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.

How we protect it

We keep your data safe using secure storage and encryption, and only the people who need it to reply to you or deliver your work can see it.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, to discuss the work you asked about, and, for LiteCMS, to send one message when it is released. Server logs are used only for security and troubleshooting.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to reply to you, deliver the work you asked for, or meet a legal requirement, and you can ask us to delete it sooner. LiteCMS addresses are deleted after the launch message is sent. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

You have the right to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also control how we communicate with you. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can raise a grievance with us. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. If you keep using our website or services, it means you understand and accept the policy as it stands.
